The padlock image in the bottom bar of your browser when you place items in the shopping cart and the pages beyond is a sign that tells you that you are ordering on secure pages. | How do I Order? Online ordering is so easy. Firstly select your University. Then select the items you would like to order. These items are then added to your shopping basket, you add your card details and we then despatch your goods. |
| Video conversion Information If you are ordering a video tape to be sent overseas, please check the format you require from the following list. You will then need to write the format into an OPTIONS BOX in our shopping cart area. ALL THE COUNTRIES IN THE LIST BELOW ARE ON NTSC FORMAT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. | Postage When your items are ready for dispatch we post them with Royal Mail. We do not currently offer a recorded delivery service as this would increase the postage costs dramatically. |
| Returns | What do I do if I am sent the wrong item or it's faulty? On the rare occasion you are sent the wrong item you will need to put the product back in the packaging and mark it "Return to Sender". Our details should be on the envelope. If they are not, please add them. Please make sure you include a cover letter with your return items. Post the item back to us and we will deal with it straight away. If in any doubt please call us on 0870 609 3187. Our team will need your name, the Graduates name, the University and date and time of the ceremony you attended. |
