Ordering

Do I have to order on the day, or can I order after the event?
You can order your items on the day of graduation at our sales stand. If the stand is very busy you can call our office and order over the phone or on our website www.iamagraduate.com. You can order as late after the ceremony as you like but we do charge a search fee after 4 weeks.

Where do I add the graduates name and Ceremony details when I am ordering?
We have designed the site so you add your personal details within the secure shopping cart area. This will include ceremony details.

How long will it take before I get my order?
We aim to delivery your items to you as soon as possible. Due to the hand finished & personalised nature of our products there is no super fast turnaround time. Our DVDs and Videos have to be uploaded to a computer and edited and then transfered to a master tape before being duplicated and then despatched. This process does takes time. Our photographic products are slightly faster to produce but are mainly despatched at the same time as your DVD / Video to keep the shipping costs down for the consumer. The average delivery time for most items is between 4 - 6 weeks from the end of your graduation week.

Can I order on the day, by phone or by post?
All three. We have a large sales stand at each University shown on our site. At this stand you can see product samples, speak to our team & order items face to face. Is it safe to order online?

I am a Graduate.com online store is hosted by the U.K.s leading e-commerce provider, Shopcreator plc, on their secure servers. This gives you peace of mind when ordering goods from the site that your credit card details and any other information is totally safe.
How do i know this site is secure?

The padlock image in the bottom bar of your browser when you place items in the shopping cart and the pages beyond is a sign that tells you that you are ordering on secure pages. An additional sign is the fact that the URL in the address bar changes from http: to https: Our servers use 128 bit encryption which is the highest level of security available on any e-commerce site.
How do I Order?

Online ordering is so easy. Firstly select your University. Then select the items you would like to order. These items are then added to your shopping basket, you add your card details and we then despatch your goods.
Video conversion Information

If you are ordering a video tape to be sent overseas, please check the format you require from the following list. You will then need to write the format into an OPTIONS BOX in our shopping cart area. ALL THE COUNTRIES IN THE LIST BELOW ARE ON NTSC FORMAT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Postage

When your items are ready for dispatch we post them with Royal Mail. We do not currently offer a recorded delivery service as this would increase the postage costs dramatically.
 
Returns
What do I do if I am sent the wrong item or it's faulty?
On the rare occasion you are sent the wrong item you will need to put the product back in the packaging and mark it "Return to Sender". Our details should be on the envelope. If they are not, please add them. Please make sure you include a cover letter with your return items. Post the item back to us and we will deal with it straight away. If in any doubt please call us on 0870 609 3187. Our team will need your name, the Graduates name, the University and date and time of the ceremony you attended.

What experience do your team have in making Ceremony Videos?
We have been producing graduation videos since 1998 and when not filming Graduation Ceremonies, First Sight Media produces high end corporate productions.
