We aim to delivery your items to you as soon as possible. Due to the technical team having to edit lots of footage, there is no super fast turnaround time. Our footage has to be edited and mastered ready to be duplicated for DVD/Blu-ray or USB memory stick. This process does take time. The average dispatch time for most items is 4-6 weeks from the end of your graduation week however, please allow up to 8 weeks for dispatch.

I am a Graduate.com online store is hosted by the U.K.s leading e-commerce provider, Shopcreator plc, on their secure servers. This gives you peace of mind when ordering goods from the site that your credit card details and any other information is totally safe.
The padlock image in the bottom bar of your browser when you place items in the shopping cart and the pages beyond is a sign that tells you that you are ordering on secure pages. An additional sign is the fact that the URL in the address bar changes from http: to https: Our servers use 128 bit encryption which is the highest level of security available on any e-commerce site.
Online ordering is so easy. Firstly select your University. Then select the items you would like to order. These items are then added to your shopping basket, pay for your product and we then despatch your goods.
We are not able to take orders over the phone.
When your items are ready for dispatch we post them with Royal Mail postage. For delivery times to your destination, please see Royal Mail website for their delivery times.
Please be aware if you are ordering from abroad you may incur customs fees within your country for importing an item, we are not responsible for paying these fees.
On the rare occasion you are sent the wrong or faulty item please call us on 0844 324 6784 or email on help@iamagraduate.com. You will need to put the product back in the packaging and mark it "Return to Sender". Our details should be on the envelope. Post the item back to us and we will deal with it straight away. If in any doubt please call us on 0844 324 6784. Our team will need your name, the University and date and time of the ceremony you attended.

A Blu-ray disc can only be played in a device that has a Blu-ray optical drive. A Blu-ray disc will not work in a DVD player.
