Ordering is easy via this site. Please select an institution, then pick from our great range of products. Don't forget the date and time of your ceremony. You will not be able to order without it! You can also order from our sales stand on the day of your graduation or by calling us on 0844 324 6784.
You can order your items on the day of graduation at our sales stand. If the stand is very busy you can call our office and order over the phone or on our website www.iamagraduate.com. It is never too late to order.
We have designed the site so you add your personal details within the secure shopping cart area. This will include ceremony details.
We aim to delivery your items to you as soon as possible. Due to the technical team having to edit lots of footage, there is no super fast turnaround time. Our footage has to be edited and mastered ready to be duplicated for DVD/Blu-ray or USB memory stick. This process does take time. Our photographic products are slightly faster to produce but are mainly dispatched at the same time as your DVD/Blu-ray/USB to keep the shipping costs down for the consumer. The average dispatch time for most items is between 4 - 6 weeks from the end of your graduation week however, please allow up to 8 weeks for dispatch of any Professionally Mastered products

I am a Graduate.com online store is hosted by the U.K.s leading e-commerce provider, Shopcreator plc, on their secure servers. This gives you peace of mind when ordering goods from the site that your credit card details and any other information is totally safe.
I am a Graduate only provide award photography for Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Bristol. To order a handshake photograph, click the 'photo gallery' button at the top of the page. Then click the relevant year, followed by the relevant ceremony number. Once you have opened the ceremony of choice, simply look through the images and note down the image number once you have found your photo. Once you have found your image, click on the logo of your university (located on the home page) and choose the product of choice. Then simply add to basket and complete your order.
'On The Day' DVDs (OTD) can only be purchased from our sales stands on location on the day of the ceremony. Although the product is listed on the website, it is only listed on the website to show the products we offer. OTD can only be purchased on the day of the ceremony.
The padlock image in the bottom bar of your browser when you place items in the shopping cart and the pages beyond is a sign that tells you that you are ordering on secure pages. An additional sign is the fact that the URL in the address bar changes from http: to https: Our servers use 128 bit encryption which is the highest level of security available on any e-commerce site.
Online ordering is so easy. Firstly select your University. Then select the items you would like to order. These items are then added to your shopping basket, you add your card details and we then despatch your goods.
When your items are ready for dispatch we post them with Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard postage. We do not currently offer a tracked delivery service online however, if you wish to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked, please call our office on 0844 324 6784 and we will advise a cost for this service For delivery times to your destination, please see Royal Mail website for their delivery times
On the rare occasion you are sent the wrong item you will need to put the product back in the packaging and mark it "Return to Sender". Our details should be on the envelope. If they are not, please add them. Please make sure you include a cover letter with your return items. Post the item back to us and we will deal with it straight away. If in any doubt please call us on 0844 324 6784. Our team will need your name, the Graduates name, the University and date and time of the ceremony you attended.
We have been producing graduation videos since 1998 and when not filming Graduation Ceremonies, First Sight Media produces high end corporate productions. The 'On The Day' DVD is a DVD of just the ceremony. This can be collected from our sales stand as quick as 15 minutes after your ceremony. These are available ONLY on the day of the ceremony and ONLY from the sales stand. The 'Full Production' product is either a DVD, Blu-ray or USB memory stick (institution depending), which features your entire ceremony but also footage before and after. The footage before consists of shots of graduates arriving, gowning, having photography done. Footage after the ceremony consists of people celebrating, taking photos, and having hat throws. This is sent in the post within 4 - 6 weeks as it has to be edited. This product can dispatched anywhere in the World.
The MyClip product must be purchased with a 'Full Production 'product. This cannot be purchased separately nor can it be purchased with an 'On the Day' DVD.
A Blu-ray disc can only be played in a device that has a Blu-ray optical drive. A Blu-ray disc will not work in a DVD player.
